Terms of use

Last updated September 2026

Scope

These terms govern your use of m-fulfillment.com. They are not the terms under which we provide fulfillment services — those live in a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, that agreement governs.

Using this site

You may read, print and share this site’s pages for your own business purposes. You may not scrape it at volume, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit automated form traffic, or use it to distribute anything unlawful.

Pricing and figures on this site

The ranges published on our pricing page are indicative and provided so you can understand how fulfillment is costed. They are not an offer and do not bind either of us. Operational figures such as accuracy rates and volumes describe recent performance and are not a guarantee of future results. A quote we send you in writing is the only pricing you should rely on, and it will say how long it stands.

Content and marks

The text, design and images on this site belong to M-Fulfillment LLC. Third-party platform names appear here to describe what we integrate with; those marks belong to their owners, and their appearance does not imply a partnership or endorsement.

Links out

Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for what it contains.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it or from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when we last did. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and the courts of Maricopa County have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
