What this covers
This policy describes what M-Fulfillment LLC does with information you give us through m-fulfillment.com. It does not cover the handling of client inventory data under a fulfillment agreement, which is governed by that agreement.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form. The quote form asks for your name, company, email address, and optionally your phone number, service interest, order volume, SKU count, current fulfillment arrangement and any details you choose to add. The contact form asks for your name, email address, and optionally company and phone, plus your message.
Alongside a submission we record the time it was sent, the IP address it came from and your browser’s user-agent string. These exist to stop automated abuse of the forms and for nothing else.
This site sets one cookie, a session cookie named mfsess, which exists so the form can verify that a submission came from a page we served. It expires when you close your browser. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking on this site.
What we do with it
Form submissions are emailed to our sales team and stored on our server so that a message is never lost if email delivery fails. We use what you send to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quote. We do not add you to a marketing list, we do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Email is delivered through Microsoft 365, which means your message is processed on Microsoft’s infrastructure as our email provider.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become client relationships are deleted after 24 months. Abuse-prevention records — the IP addresses attached to submissions — are cleared after 12 months. Where you become a client, your records are retained under the terms of the fulfillment agreement.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing sales@m-fulfillment.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you these rights explicitly, and we extend the same treatment to everyone who contacts us regardless of where they live.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated server-side and protected against cross-site request forgery. Stored submissions sit outside the web root and are not reachable from the internet. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.
