Industries we serve

A supplement brand and an apparel brand need genuinely different things from a warehouse — one needs lot codes and expiry enforcement, the other needs a returns operation that can absorb a quarter of what it ships. Here is what each category actually requires from us.

Supplements & nutrition

Lot and expiry tracking with FEFO picking, climate-managed storage, and the documentation trail an FDA inquiry expects.

Beauty & cosmetics

Fragile, temperature-sensitive and unboxing-dependent. Protective packing standards per SKU and gift-set assembly in house.

Apparel & accessories

High SKU counts across size and color, poly-bag or box by order profile, and a returns operation built for a 20%+ return rate.

Food & beverage

Shelf-life enforcement, insulated and protective packing, and case-pack distribution to grocery and specialty retail.

Consumer electronics

Serial number capture at receiving and shipping, anti-static handling, and warranty return grading with photo evidence.

Home & outdoor

Oversized and irregular parcels, freight-class items, and rate shopping that accounts for dimensional weight before it surprises you.

Pet products

Heavy, bulky and often subscription-driven. Bulk storage plus a kitting operation that handles the monthly run.

Toys & games

Sharp seasonality, retail compliance for the big-box accounts, and Q4 capacity planned in the summer.

What we do not take on

Being straight about this saves everyone a wasted call.

  • Frozen and refrigerated goods. We are climate-managed, not cold chain. Shelf-stable food and beverage is fine; anything needing a freezer is not.
  • Hazardous materials above limited quantity. Aerosols, flammables and lithium cells beyond ground-shippable thresholds need a licensed hazmat operator.
  • Alcohol, cannabis and regulated substances. The licensing is category-specific and we do not hold it.
  • High-value single items over $5,000. Our insurance and security posture is built for consumer goods volume, not for individually vaulted stock.
  • Brands under roughly 500 orders a month. The economics rarely favour you at that volume, and we will say so on the first call.
