Tell us what you ship
A call and a spreadsheet. Order volume, SKU count, average units per order, packaging, and where your inventory is now. We come back with per-order pricing, not a range.
Connect your store
We link your sales channels to our system and run test orders end to end, so you can see a real order flow through before a single unit of stock moves.
Send your inventory
You book a receiving appointment, we unload, count against your packing list and report any discrepancy the same day. Stock is pickable within 48 hours of arrival.
Go live and watch it
We switch your channels over, usually on a Tuesday so the first week has runway. Your account manager reviews the first month with you against what we quoted.
